Customer Service Administrator - Skelmersdale - Temporary - £12-£14 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an amazing manufacturing company as a Customer Service Administrator, you will be working alongside 4 others based in the main office.

Daily duties will include:

  • Answering phone calls and emails from existing customers
  • Checking stock products and making follow up calls to advise of any out of stock products
  • Inputting orders onto SAP
  • Chasing up delivery dates

Working hours

  • 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Monday to Friday

You will act as the primary point of contact for all aspect of service and customer care, The ideal candidate must have a positive can-do attitude and be willing to learn new skills.
