Description
- Assisting in the planning and execution of property projects
- Communicating effectively with project team members and stakeholders
- Ensuring project timelines are adhered to and deliverables are met
- Managing a team of operatives
- Identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies
- Ensuring all compliance is adhered to
- Conducting property market research to inform project planning
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of planning processes
Profile
A successful Planner should have:
- Proven experience in planning, preferably within the property industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in project management software and tools
