My client, a reputable Social Housing Contractor, is seeking a qualified Joiner for a permanent position in Skelmersdale.
The role involves providing reactive maintenance services to tenanted properties in the West Lancashire region, along with occasional void and planned refurbishment work.
Candidates must have NVQ Level 2 or 3 in an appropriate trade, a CSCS Card, Basic DBS, Driving Licence, and asbestos awareness UKATA.
The position requires experience working closely with residents in their homes and involves covering call outs.
The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a preference for candidates having relevant experience in the field.

The Contractor are working on a long term framework with a Local Authority, providing reactive maintenance services to tenanted properties across the West Lancashire region, alongside some void work and occasional planned refurbishment projects.

They are recruiting for experienced and hard working Multi Skilled Joiners to join them on a permanent basis.
Type of work will largely be reactive maintenance to tenanted properties, with some planned and void work also.
It's essential you have experience of working closely with residents and within people's homes.

You must have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent in an appropriate trade. You must also have a CSCS Card, Basic DBS, Driving Licence, asbestos awareness UKATA. Please note you will also be expected to cover call out.
