We need someone to build staff 'buy-in' to HSE
Produce and develop and robust training and HSE documentation system (skills matrix / tick lists)
Attain balance between strong admin and being visible on site

DUTIES

RAMS
Help achieve compliance to both internal auditing and external / customer audits and specifications
Promote a safety first culture without 'red tape' and paperwork heavy mind-set
Inductions, inspections, toolbox talks. PPE and signage management
Weekly reporting

THINGS TO KNOW

Need to understand it's a Manufacturing / warehouse / factory environment - so, many moving parts and associated duties / culture
Company developing it's compliance from top to bottom
Need a down to earth attitude whilst implementing Health and Safety focused culture
