Production Manager
Salary - £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Hours – 37.5 hours

Northwest Based

We currently have an exciting opportunity working with a nationally known, leading accident repair groups at one of their sites within the Northwest area. This role will be crucial in the managing of day to day, workshop operations to ensure there is consistent efficiency and productivity across the site.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Department managers to implement and monitor procedures and policies in place.
  • Ensure best practices are in place to guarantee high repair standards.
  • Working alongside higher management to both develop strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Always adhering and working towards Health & Safety regulations.


Experience:

  • At least 3-4 years in a senior production role – ideally in a supervising / team leader / management role.
  • Strong knowledge of accident repairs and the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional team leader and management skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations – ideally related to the automotive industry.
