Our client, a well-established Engineering Manufacturer in the Skelmersdale area, are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis
Duties of an Accounts Assistant:
" Investigate and resolve customer invoice queries in a timely manner
" Process invoices accurately
" Handling invoice and other related queries
" Maintain accurate records
" Processing approved expenses where applicable
" Generating monthly payment runs and foreign payments
" Statement reconciliations
" ADHOC requests
Skills and experience of the successful Accounts Assistant:
" Previous experience within a similar role
" AAT qualification is desirable, although not essential
" Attention to detail and experience of working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
" A good communicator who can work effectively
