About the Role

This is a full-time position working with primary-aged students who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and/or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
  • Support students' academic, emotional, and social development.
  • Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to education.
  • Effectively manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour.
