Description
- Oversee the procurement and supply chain processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by efficient management of stock
- Sourcing of quality materials based on customer specifications
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Develop risk management procedures to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Work cross-functionally to align supply chain goals with business objectives.
- Line management of a small team
Profile
A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:
- Proven experience working within Manufacturing with a global Supply Chain
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and systems.
- A strategic mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Job Offer
- A salary range of £38,000 - £43,000 per year (dependent on experience)
