- Job description: Freelance Site Agent/Civils Site Manager needed to oversee subcontracted package of works including RC pad foundation, grouting, gullies, drainage, ducting, kerbing, and external works. Responsibilities include managing health, safety, environment aspects, updating programme of works, liaising with subcontractor, and keeping accurate records.

Currently looking to recruit a Site Agent working for the Main Contractor
Scope of works - the package will be subcontracted to a team that has worked on several of these jobs before and know what they are doing so you will be mostly keeping a eye on Programme, H&S QA. The package is a RC pad foundation, Grouting, Gullies, drainage, ducting, kerbing external works, there is a very good subcontractor reporting in on that site for H&S reasons so need at First Aid and SMSTS - New gas powered generator plugged into substation - civils
Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to visiting Contracts Manager
Managing all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment Aspects
Managing and updating programme of works
Close liaison with subbie (they are know and trusted and good!!!!)
Materials
Keeping accurate daily records
THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A SMSTS and First Aid
