  • Lead the development and expansion of the company’s services, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to shape strategic direction and ensure ongoing success.
  • Work with the Commercial Director to define and manage pricing strategies, tracking profitability and ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure the timely and quality delivery of services, meeting both internal and client expectations while adhering to regulatory requirements and deadlines.
  • Make informed decisions regarding service delivery priorities to meet customer requirements and maintain smooth operations.
  • Stay well informed about relevant industry regulations and trends, guiding the team through any necessary changes and ensuring seamless implementation of updates to processes and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve efficiency, working with the team to introduce quality improvements that benefit both clients and the business.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, offering support in decision making, customer service and compliance, fostering knowledge growth and collaboration.
  • Manage the performance and development of the team, particularly overseeing the Team Leader, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Attend industry events and meetings, representing the business and driving forward key actions and initiatives that align with company goals.
 What you require to be successful:
  • Experience in a customer focused environment or with regulatory/compliance work is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset, ready to shape service direction and contribute to business growth.
  • Confident in working with senior leaders to refine service delivery and improve operational efficiencies.
  • A collaborative team player, building strong relationships internally and across the industry, attending events, and staying ahead of industry changes.
  • Detail oriented, ensuring high quality service delivery.

  • Adaptable and resilient, balancing strategic goals with hands on involvement in day to day operations.
