Housekeeper / Cook - Nr Skipton North Yorkshire - start ASAP - £33,000 to £38,000 GPA

A rural estate in North Yorkshire, consisting of an 11-bedroom private household that includes a pool, gym and tennis courts, is looking for a Housekeeper/Cook to assist with the running of their home. This home is the primary residence to two Principals and their two dogs.

Your main duties will be:

  • Hands-on housekeeping and laundry duties. Experience with high end fabrics and designer items essential
  • Batch cooking food for Principals - you will not be required to cook daily meals
  • Weekly food shopping and liaising with Garden Team re in-house produce
  • Stocking of freezer/larder
  • Basic flower arrangements
  • Casual event catering - approx. four times per year
  • Assisting with organising dinners and events
  • Minimal out of hours dog care required when Principals not in residence to be split on rota with other members of staff. Occasionally cover dog walking when Dog Walker takes leave.

Excellent references and Enhanced DBS check required

Full Time Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30, 42.5 hours

Salary: £33k-£38k DOE
