Chef de Partie Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, ensuring timely delivery and presentation standards are met
  • Participate in menu planning and maintain control records for ordering, costings, and stock levels
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to minimize wastage and ensure efficient stock rotation
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
