MTrec is recruiting for a manufacturing company in the Hetton area, seeking proactive individuals for ongoing positions.
The role involves daily meetings with supervisors, prioritizing workloads, and using various hand tools for tasks such as picking and packing.
Candidates should have a positive attitude, be willing to learn, and ideally possess experience with hand tools.
The position offers a pay rate of £11.79 per hour, increasing to £12.35 in April 2025.
No specific year of experience is required, but confidence and a willingness to take on responsibilities are essential.

The Company:

MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Hetton area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for an ongoing position.

The Role:

Daily meetings with the Team Leader or Supervisor to discuss workload.
To help prioritise workloads within the Department / designated area.
Using a variety of hand tools, nail guns and hand saws.
To carry out picking and packing duties when required, as set by the Team Leader.
To maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times; including general housekeeping duties such as keeping your work station tidy.
Heavy lifting throughout the role
Loading and unloading machines

The Person:

A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job

Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
Will ideally have experience using hand tools

Monday to Friday
06:20am to 14:30pm
14:20pm to 22:30pm

The Pay:

£11.79 Per hour
