Description

  • Manage and oversee the QC team's operations during assigned shifts
  • Implement and maintain high-quality standards within the department
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on shift activities
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process and quality improvements
  • Provide guidance and training to team members as required
  • Handle any escalated issues that arise during the shift
  • Monday-Friday late shift

Profile

A successful QC Shift Manager should have:

  • Degree qualified
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within a QC department
  • Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with other departments
  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards in the Life Science/Biomedical/Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • CGMP and experience working in a highly regulated environment
