Description
- Manage and oversee the QC team's operations during assigned shifts
- Implement and maintain high-quality standards within the department
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present detailed reports on shift activities
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations
- Identify and implement opportunities for process and quality improvements
- Provide guidance and training to team members as required
- Handle any escalated issues that arise during the shift
- Monday-Friday late shift
Profile
A successful QC Shift Manager should have:
- Degree qualified
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a QC department
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with other departments
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards in the Life Science/Biomedical/Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- CGMP and experience working in a highly regulated environment
