As the Delivery Manager, you will manage planned and reactive maintenance as well as Billable Works across this site.

Responsibilities:

• Project managing small projects
• Managing a team of sub-contractors
• Conducting assurance checks and ensuring that KPIs are met
• Produce Rough Orders of Cost, manage assets and take responsibility for meeting business objectives

You will be expected to take part in an out of hours rota to take calls and direct resource in emergencies.

Are you suitable for this role?

• First and foremost, you should have experience of supervising or managing planned and reactive maintenance teams within a Hard FM environment, with excellent IT skills and the ability to manage projects.
• This role is office based so you must be computer literate to be considered.
• HND/HNC in a suitable Building or M&E discipline is preferred, however, we will accept applications from candidates that are 'qualified by experience'.
• You must hold a full UK driving licence, and be able to pass SC Clearance
