Hybrid (1 day in the office per week)
Our client, is seeking a seasoned Digital/Technology Manager to spearhead their technological advancement initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and lead transformative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital transformation projects, aligning cutting-edge technology solutions with strategic business goals
- Develop and implement strategies for modernising legacy systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Map new system architectures to support and facilitate growth
- Manage stakeholder expectations effectively, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of major technology initiatives, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding teams through challenging projects
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, evaluating their potential for practical business applications
