There is an opening for a Welder Fabricator to join there already established team.
Experienced Welder/Fabricator is assigned to the workshop based in Sleaford. You will need to have a proven track record as an experienced fabricator/welder or completed an apprenticeship or BTEC level 3 in welding/fabrication and gained experience within the industry.
What skills are required for the Welder Fabricator role?
- Experience in MMA, MIG and TIG welding
- Experience working on 1 off's - can be something different each day
- Experience working with Jigs, fixtures, Cranes etc.
- Sub contracted work
- Able to work at a fast and efficient pace and under no supervision
- Worked with all types and grades of steel
- Confident working with 1.5 - 15mm thickness materials
- Can read and interpret engineering and technical drawings
- Relevant qualification or Time Served experience
- Full UK drivers licence as you will be required to travel between our sites

Summary
As a Welder Fabricator, you will be essential in producing high-quality metal components through skilled welding and fabrication techniques. Reporting to the Production Manager, your core responsibilities will include working with hand tools, power tools, and various welding methods, including MIG and TIG welding. You will also utilize your mechanical knowledge and basic math skills to ensure precision in your work. A valid driving license and Category CE Licence are required, as well as a BTEC qualification, to support your contributions to our dynamic team and projects.
