A thriving independent prep school on the Buckinghamshire, Berkshire borders of the Home Counties is seeking an ambitious and dynamic graduate to join their development team. The school isn't located far from London, but is set in beautiful grounds. The school's Foundation was established recently with the aim of widening access and developing the School's facilities.

The Headmaster is seeking an organised, enthusiastic and hard working individual. Someone who is ready to listen and learn quickly; very comfortable talking to a range of people, representing themselves as an informed, intelligent, calm and knowledgeable member of the community.

The successful candidate will have outstanding organisation skills, commitment to working in a team environment, excellent data and management skills and strong numeracy and literacy skills (confident in working with MS Office and databases) and ideally experiencing of working in fundraising and or alumni relations.
