This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the financial health and strategic planning of a dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyse financial performance and contribute to business planning and forecasting.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and variances.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
- Manage and oversee the financial reporting process.
- Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Part Qualified or Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
