Marc Daniels is recruiting for a Senior Accounts Assistant to join a market leading company in Colnbrook

This is a fully office-based contract role (15 months)
Responsibilities:
- Timely posting and reconciliation of all bank accounts , cash sales and all credit card transaction
- Regular posting and reconciliation of petty cash balances and claims
- Managing key service maintenance contracts, billing and reconciliation
- Ensuring Credit card refunds are processed as per company procedure
- To record and ensure that the department is covered at all times during periods of Annual leave and Sick leave
- To Supervisor the members of the team and to be first point of contact for staff
Our ideal candidate will:
- Be able to work 5 days in the office in Colnbrook
- Minimum 2-3 years similar experience
- Ability to supervise a team
- Accurate with a strong attention to detail
- Able to handle multiple duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
