Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Specialist Assessor (Exams Access arrangement) to join the Langley team.Please note this role is primarily based at our Langley campus, with travel to our BCA campus as required.

Specialist Assessor (Exams Access arrangement)

This role involves assessing exam access arrangements for students. The responsibilities include identifying and assessing students' literacy performance and cognitive processing difficulties to determine the need for accommodations such as readers, scribes, and extra time. The role also involves working with the Learning Support team to support the college of access arrangement policies and procedures. Close collaboration with the Exams team, teachers, Learning Support team, and parents is necessary to ensure that students who require additional support in exams are assessed and that the evidence is properly documented and communicated to the Exam team. The position also involves maintaining students' records and contributing to the EHCP process, including supporting and conducting reviews. Other duties assigned by the Head of Department should also be carried out, and compliance with college policies related to child protection and safeguarding, health and safety, and equal opportunities is expected.
