What’s the Job?You'll be playing a key role in making sure supplier invoices are processed smoothly and payments are made on time. It’s a great opportunity to learn on the job and build your finance skills in a fast-paced environment.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Processing invoices and keeping everything in order for payment runs.
  • Transferring approved invoices into the accounts system.
  • Reconciling accounts and ensuring payments are correctly posted.
  • Matching payments to invoices and handling any purchase ledger queries.
  • Supporting the team with any other finance tasks that come up.

Who We’re Looking ForYou don’t need years of experience, but you should be confident with numbers and have a good understanding of maths and English. If you’ve used Excel and Microsoft email, that’s a bonus! Experience with Boxtop or Microsoft Dynamics Navision is great, but don’t worry if you haven’t - they'll train you up.

Most importantly, we want someone who’s eager to learn, has great attention to detail, and can work both independently and as part of a team. A driving licence is preferred as the location isn’t the easiest to reach by public transport.
