Cure Talent is thrilled to partner with a global leader known for its innovation, quality, and commitment to advancing medical technology. We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to oversee and maintain the Slough facilities.

As the new Facilities Coordinator, you will play a central role in handling building upkeep, repairs, and service coordination to ensure operations run smoothly, safely, and securely, supporting the organisation's goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the upkeep and maintenance of company facilities, including building systems and outdoor spaces.
  • Coordinate external service providers for planned maintenance (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for audit purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with building safety regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee inventory, waste management, and emergency response plans.

To be successful:
