HGV CLASS 1 DRIVER

• Pay - £19.00 to £23.00 per hour

We have exciting opportunities from the Movie Industry for experienced Class 1 and 2 drivers.

The Role

Transporting filming equipment or trailers to various film sets and studios across the UK and some locations abroad.

Pay Rates - £19.00 to £23.00 per hour (PAYE ONLY)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all loads are safe and secure.
• Checking and completing paperwork
• Drive lorries to transport trailers and equipment over short or long distances
• No manual Handling
• Follow traffic laws and regulations
• Inspect lorries before and after trips
• Maintain accurate driving logs
• Communicate with dispatchers and team members

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving - minimum 12 months HGV1 or HGV 2.
• Valid commercial driving license including CPC and Digi Cards
• Fit and able to drive long hours and travel regularly
• Strong communication skills and excellent timekeeping
• Excellent driving record - no more than 6 points or major endorsements
