You should be a strong manager as you will be responsible for training, mentoring, and inspiring your kitchen team to achieve excellence.
Strong financial management skills essential to ensure effective cost control, budgeting, and maintaining profitability.
You should have proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar high-standard environment.
