We're looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who can drive results with a confident phone manner and a highly organized approach. In this role, you'll work with inbound leads and existing customers—no cold calling involved—focusing on closing deals with private individuals and businesses to unlock unlimited commission potential.

What You'll Do
  • Handle inbound leads and re-engage existing customer databases to identify current and future leasing needs.
  • Build rapport and credibility with customers to offer tailored, cost-effective leasing solutions.
  • Leverage our bespoke fleet management system to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact through to order administration, finance, and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in operations and procurement to ensure smooth transactions.

  • Sales experience in the automotive sector is ideal; leasing experience is a bonus.
  • A confident telephone manner with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
