The Role:As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll work with customers to understand their needs, offer tailored leasing solutions, and manage the process from initial inquiry to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers through inbound leads and proactive outreach.

  • Consult with customers to identify their needs and offer tailored leasing solutions.

  • Provide accurate and competitive quotes, negotiating deals that meet the customer’s requirements.

  • Build lasting relationships with customers to secure repeat business and referrals.

  • Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets, earning uncapped commission.

  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on vehicle leasing options, promotions, and market trends.

  • Accurately record customer information and interactions in the company’s CRM system.

About You:We’re looking for driven, target-focused individuals with a passion for sales. Experience within the automotive industry, leasing, or brokerage is highly desirable.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in car leasing, brokerage, or a similar consultative sales environment.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Highly organized with a proactive approach to work.
