What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Sales Manager for the Municipal sector, you’ll have a vital role in managing and leading your sales team while driving the growth of the business:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals across the UK.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth, while maintaining a positive and collaborative team dynamic.
- Take responsibility for hiring and developing your sales team to ensure continued success.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts within the water utilities sector, focusing on growing existing business and identifying new opportunities.
- Sell to large national frameworks, with support from an experienced technical and operational team.
- Manage and oversee large-scale projects and ensure targets are met consistently.
Who We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the wastewater or water treatment sector and proven success in a leadership and sales role. You’ll need:
- Strong knowledge of wastewater and/or water treatment.
- Experience selling to **water utilities companies** and understanding their needs.
- Proven ability to **lead and manage a team**, including hiring and developing staff.
- A track record of handling large projects and managing complex sales processes.
- Ability to travel nationally as required.
- Based anywhere in the UK, as this is a national role.
