We are looking for Multi Trade Operative to join a responsive repairs and maintenance team for a leading provider of high-quality building maintenance and retrofit services for social housing and public sector clients.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and other similar activities within occupied and void properties.
• Ensuring high customer service at all times by attending appointments on time, adhering to the code of conduct, acting professionally and respectful at all times.
• Promoting good working relationships with clients, customers and other stake-holders.
• Providing an out of hours service provision on a rota or other basis.
• Using mobile devices and/or work sheets correctly, ensuring actions are completed and in real time.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Basic Criminal Record Check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
