The successful Commercial Manager / Operations Manager shall be responsible for delivering commercial / operational strength across the board for flow control related products such as valves, actuators, regulators, filters, hydraulics, pneumatics and related mechanical engineering products.
The Commercial Manager / Operations Manager have a proven background in implementing operational strategy and continuous improvement to improve efficiency, quality and productivity. Any knowledge of the Defence industry would be highly beneficial.

Commercial Manager / Operations Manager Role
- Shall be responsible for delivering commercial / operational strength across the board for flow control related products such as valves, actuators, regulators, filters, hydraulics, pneumatics and related mechanical engineering products.
- Review, interpret, and negotiate sales and service contracts, for all products and services within industries such as defence, hydrogen, industrial gas and similar industrial engineering markets.
- Oversee daily operations, implementing strategic processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and turnaround times.
- Align sales strategies with company goals and objectives in collaboration with the UK Managing Director.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
- Commutable to the office daily near Slough
Commercial Manager / Operations Manager Role
- Experience as an Operations Manager / Sales Manager / Commercial Manager / Engineering manager / Sales Operations Manager / Operations Supervisor / General Manager or similar within an engineering environment. Ideally within the defence market, or oil & gas market.
- Will have a proven background implementing operational strategy to improve efficiency, quality and productivity.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated capability to inspire and drive a team.
- Will ideally come from a mechanical engineering background with preference to those from a manufacturing environment. Any existing knowledge of the Defence industry would be beneficial.
- Must be commutable to the office near Slough or willing to relocate.
