Governance Professional

Location: Hybrid (Langley, Berkshire & home-based)

Salary: £16.12 - £19.26 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours of Work:  Variable (average 10-15 hours / week & mainly school term-time only)

Are you looking for a flexible role that makes a significant difference to children’s education?  This vital role ensures that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met by our trustees and governors across the three schools in our multi-academy trust.  It also offers direct administrative support to the Chair of the Trust and our Executive Principal.

You will have proven administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational skills. Proficient in using the core Microsoft Office suite, you will also be confident in minute-taking and able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. While prior knowledge of governance and its role within a school is beneficial, it is not essential if you are eager to learn.

This is a flexible role with an average of 10-15 hours a week, depending on demand.  The work will predominantly be undertaken during school term-time and within office hours.  There is a requirement to be on-site for meetings but otherwise the majority of work can be undertaken from home.
