• *Previous customer support experience (telephone based)
• * Management of calls, queries & Issues
• * Previous experience of dealing with inbound customer calls and resolving queries
• * Excellent written and communication skills
• * Good negotiation and administration skills
• * Good Ms Office skills
• * Be available immediately and commit to a long term contract , possible permanent position
• * Be able to commute to Slough - hybrid working
