We have an exciting opportunity for a Courier/ Customer Service Agent.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, all office based.
Role involves.
To assist with the day-to-day operation of the courier department
Knowledge of the Fed Ex courier system
Raising courier paperwork
Arranging collections & bookings
Knowledge of Box top system would be an advantage
Handling customer queries via email & telephone
Checking PODs
To provide admin support for key accounts
Arranging collections & bookings
Experience
Previous Courier Customer Service experience
Knowledge of the Fed Ex Courier systems.
Good Excel knowledge
