My client is looking for a Customer Service Representative with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong command of the English language. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively within a team. This role involves multitasking and maintaining good organisational abilities to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient administrative operations.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Listen carefully to understand customers’ circumstances and needs.
  • Answer all customer queries and bookings via phone, email, and internet.
  • Achieve individual daily targets as set by the Customer Service Manager.
  • Chase delivery reports to keep clients informed about their deliveries.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
  • Assist with receiving and processing shipments.
  • Help with fulfilment projects.
  • Work on a weekly shift basis, with hours ranging from early shifts starting at 7:30 am to late shifts ending at 8:00 pm.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Clear communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities.

Shift patterns are on a weekly rota over a number of weeks.  Examples of shift patters could include:
