Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeSalary: £25,000 per annum plus commission
Overview:We are seeking a hands-on Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver first-class service to our Centre’s customers and visitors. This varied role involves handling multiple tasks and ensuring business needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers and visitors.
- Perform reception duties professionally and courteously.
- Answer and manage switchboard calls promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
- Operate standard office equipment (PC, phone, photocopier).
- Prepare meeting rooms and manage refreshments.
- Ensure reception and common areas are clean and tidy.
- Follow and enforce safety procedures.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Participate in Centre audits and maintain high standards.
- Support sales and marketing efforts, including Centre tours.
