Job Title: Operations Support Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Location: Slough (Office based)
Length of Contract: 12 months FTC
Customer Service, Account Management, Problem Solving through investigation - all valued skills for this role.
Our client is a world leader in its industry - they have fabulous offices in Slough and are looking for a customer orientated candidate to cover this role for 12 months. You will have an excellent telephone manner and work with your customers, investigating solutions and liaising with the internal teams to ensure things run smoothly. You will be a key-member of a small team of 3 in this department - you will book couriers for prompt delivery of, often urgent, packages to customers - ensuring all items can be traced and that delivery is confirmed. You will take incoming calls from customers, handling their queries, investigating any problems and offering solutions.
Your administrative skills will be used to ensure all logistical documentation is recorded appropriately.
