As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the main point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone.
• Managing service bookings and communicating with the workshop to ensure smooth workflow.
• Advising customers on vehicle repairs, costs, and timescales, providing clear and professional updates throughout.
• Upselling additional services, parts, and products where appropriate.
• Processing invoices and handling customer payments accurately.

We're seeking an individual who can bring:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor (ideally in a Main Dealer environment).
• A strong understanding of the automotive service process and technical terminology.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems and basic IT skills.

• Competitive Salary: Base salary with an OTE of 45,000.
• Working Hours: 45 hours per week.
• Weekend Rota: 1 in 3 weekends to ensure a good work-life balance.
