Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Compliance and Quality Assistanttojoin the Structural Technologies team at Slough & Langley College on a full-time term-time only basis.

Compliance and Quality Assistant

Working 37 hours per week, for 37 weeks per year (43.31 paid weeks), the role of the Compliance and Quality Assistant is to support the efficient running of the Structural Technologies department.

The main responsibilities of the role include providing administrative support to the team, ensuring compliance and audit readiness, managing internal audits, overseeing exam entries and MIS submissions, and maintaining data integrity.

They will also collaborate with the Assistant Principal and Curriculum Teams to support the delivery of compliant curriculum programs.

In terms of quality assurance, the Compliance and Quality Assistant is responsible for carrying out internal verification activities to meet the awarding body and company standards. They also support assessors by identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that national standards of assessment are maintained. They develop resources to support candidates and assessors promoting success.

They will also have responsibility for administering the student absence line, organizing trips and visits, producing monitoring reports, managing information, assisting with timetabling and rooming allocation, and supporting exam entries. They may assist with events, maintain department budgets, and support the delivery of college open days and other events.
