The Role:

• As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
  Provide tailored support to students with SEMH, ADHD, Autism, and behavioural challenges.
• Assist in delivering individualised learning programmes, supporting both academic and social development.
• Implement behaviour management strategies to create a positive and structured learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for each student.
• Encourage independence and self-confidence in students through personalised interventions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with SEMH, ADHD, Autism, or behavioural needs in an educational setting.
• A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach to working with students with additional needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
