An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Slough has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Data Centre near Sloughas part of a team on site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance .
The successful candidate will have an understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have experience in Electrical Maintenance of a commercial building or a Data Centre.
Hours of work
Shifts Days and nights
6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am
Pay
£25p/h paid via umbrella or CIS
up to £50k per annum

Temp to perm position
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- AHU's / FCU's
- Water Treatment - Tap Temps, Flushing, Log books
Requirements
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical
- 17th or 18th Edition
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
- Data Centre experience advantageous
