Careers & Business Engagement Lead

Position Start:September
Working Hours:37 hours weekly term time only plus 2 INSET days plus 2 set days in August to assist students on GCSE and A Level results days
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 3:30 pm

Salary:NJC Level 6Point 24 Actual starting salary £29,018(FTE £34,064)

An Ofsted Outstanding school client of ours is seeking a dynamic and experienced Career
& Business Engagement Leader
to join the team this September.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving the school's careers education initiatives
  • Develop and implement a statutory and enriched Careers Education, Information, and Guidance (CEIAG) program
  • Ensuring compliance with Gatsby Benchmarks and the Baker Clause within the Personal Development Curriculum
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support the delivery of careers education for all year groups, promoting cross-curricular learning and student leadership opportunities
  • Preparing our students for successful transitions into further education and the professional world
