Contract until mid-December 2025
Hybrid, 2 days office, 3 days home working
Slough based
£65-70,000 per year, to be paid on a daily rate
Your new companyI am working with a very exciting organisation to recruit a talent project role. This role will lead on a crucial project to assess the possibility and suitability of a proposed office move. This role will encompass benchmarking, retention policies and change management and talent.
Your new role
- Lead on the retention impact analysis for the office relocation process
- You will leverage previous methodology to determine where colleagues live now in relation to the new site and changed commute
- Reevaluate retention mechanisms, revise eligibility groups, and make recommendations including cost estimates for the project
- Competitive pay analysis for workers, in the context of the move to assess if the organisation are competitive enough
- Support change management, be a change champion, engage with UK leadership and workstream leads
- Manage and information colleagues on the retention mechanisms for the move
- Support Performance Improvement Plans implementation, and a few ad hoc Employee Relations matters
- Support local DE&I work
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have strong data and analytics capabilities and develop subsequent recommendations.
- Strong excel skills
- You will have previous experience supporting and running relocation projects.
- You will be confident presenting to and liaising with leadership teams.
