An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legionella Monitoring Technician to join our team in West London. We are experts in water hygiene, duct cleaning, and compliance solutions for air and water safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance for Legionella control.
- Monitor water temperatures in both plant and distribution systems.
- Conduct shower cleaning/descaling, water tank cleaning, and disinfection.
- Inspect water services equipment such as cold water storage tanks and calorifiers.
- Service and inspect Thermostatic Mixer Valves (TMVs).
- Undertake basic water system remedials, including the removal of dead legs and old water tanks.
- Collect water samples for microbiological analysis.
- Identify and report potential non-conformances beyond the scope of works.
- Complete tasks in line with company procedures and method statements.
- Liaise with clients and site personnel to discuss work progress and address any issues.
- Communicate site progress updates and problems to the office promptly.
- Promote a professional company image in all client interactions.
- Work closely with the sales team to address site issues and recommend remedial work.

Salary: Competitive basic salary between £23,000-£28,000, depending on experience.
