We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Support Administrator to manage administrative tasks and provide support for our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbox Management:

  • Monitor and respond to general inbox queries in a timely manner.
  • Prioritize and escalate important enquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Ensure effective communication and follow-up with customers or internal stakeholders.

Engineer Reports:

  • Prepare and send completed engineer reports to clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Booking Confirmations:

  • Send booking confirmations to customers.
  • Handle any customer queries.

Job Setup:

  • Accurately set up new jobs in the system.
  • Coordinate with engineers to ensure all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are in place before job execution.
  • Order parts and materials needed for ongoing and upcoming jobs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support roles preferred.
