A fantastic, growing business is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager role based in Slough. This role offers significant progression and hybrid working options.
Key responsibilities
- Leading the preparation and production of statutory accounts under IFRS.
- Leading the annual audit process for the UK entity and overseas units as required
- Preparation of statutory accounts and local filings where applicable in our overseas units.
- Preparation and coordination of month end reporting process, including commentary
and variance analysis.
- Production of consolidated management accounts packs for submission to head office
- Managing and coordinating other local compliance
- Implementing improved cash flow processes, and ongoing cash forecasting for all entities.
- Supporting the development of monthly and quarterly rolling forecast process
- Drive improved efficiency & accuracy in reporting through process improvements
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal controls, processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA Accountant
- Strong technical skills is desirable and must have previous experience with month end.
