Sonic Summary

My client is seeking an experienced Export Clerk for their live events and film department.
The role requires dealing with both imports and exports from start to finish, coordinating projects, and quoting clients.
Candidates should have previous project experience within live events and a good knowledge of export operations.
The position offers a salary of £30,000 per year and requires at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30.

Duties would include:

Dealing with both imports and exports start-finish
Co-coordinating projects / event logistics
Quoting clients
Liaising with the overseas agents and hauliers to secure the best rates
Customs entries
Monitoring shipments from start-finish
Preparing paperwork and handling pre-alerts/ post flights
General customer services/ admin

Key Skills

Previous project experience within events lives/ projects
Good knowledge of export operations start-finish
PC literate
Outstanding customer service skills
DG trained- preferred

Working Hours:

Monday- Friday 0900-1730
