Freightserve recruitment is seeking an Airfreight Import person for a well-established Freight Forwarder in Colnbrook, Berkshire.
The role involves managing the entire import process, including pre-alerts, customs import entries, and coordinating with airlines and transporters.
Candidates should have experience in key account management and customer service, ensuring the highest level of service is provided.
The position requires working Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1730, and candidates should have relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in airfreight import operations.

Job role:-

Start to finish role
Pre alerts.
Completing customs import entries (CDS).
Dealing with Airlines, Transporters and Handling agents.
Arranging collections with Transporters
Key Account management
Customer service (Highest level)
Quotations
Raise and send debit notes
Able to work in a small team

Working hours are Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730
