My client, a large logistics company located in the Heathrow area, is seeking an experienced Transport Planner to join their busy team.
The role involves arranging collections and deliveries, tracking movements of goods, route planning, and ensuring compliance with transport regulations.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a clean DBS check, along with good customer service skills and flexibility for shift work.
The position offers a salary of £35,000 per annum and requires proficiency in PC usage and a full UK driving license.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 02:00.

Duties would include:

Arranging collections and deliveries
Tracking movements of goods
Route planning
To ensure compliance with transport regulations and standards
Preparing reports and maintaining transport records
Liaising with transport and operations
Resolving any issues from clients
General admin

Skills required:

Previous freight/ logistics/ transport experience
5 year checkable history/ clean DBS check
Good customer service skills
Flexible with regards to shift work
PC literate
Full UK driving license

Working hours:

Monday- Friday 1600-0200
