Sonic Summary

Our client is seeking an Air Export Clerk with a minimum of 2 years of export experience, preferably in Pharma.
Key responsibilities include quoting, dealing with shippers and overseas agents, export customs entries, invoicing, and completing varied export jobs from start to finish.
The position offers a salary range of £30K to £39K, plus an on-call rota allowance.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, and the role includes being part of an export on-call rota, requiring weekend coverage remotely.
Candidates must possess good communication skills, be well-organized, and ideally hold a valid CO certificate.

Our client is looking for an Air Export Clerk with a minimum of 2 years Export experience handling Pharma - Boxtop and Sequoia experience would be helpful

Main duties:QuotingDealing directly with shippers and overseas agentsExport Customs EntriesInvoicingCompleting varied export jobs from start to finishOccasionally arranging roadfreight shipments, entries, T1 declarations

The hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to FridayYou will also be part of an Export on call rota - 1 week in 10, which would include weekend coverage (remotely - from 6pm Friday to 9am the following Friday
